A black bear with three cubs at her side has broken into a number of cars in Snowmass Village, and Colorado Parks and Wildlife agents said they're hoping to capture the family of bears and relocate them.

Bay Ltd.'s operations in Billings already employs 190 workers, and if the assembly of the 29 modules the Montana plant is making for oilsands operations in Alberta goes well, more orders could be forthcoming and jobs could be added.
