"W e went through this with Bridge two years ago and thought we knew what to expect from Bridge and then – poof — they are gone. The companies say, ‘Trust us,’ but if they are just a blinking light – one company one day, and another the next day – who are we talking to? And doesn't that argue for the state having very protective and stringent rules because there is no way to say what the intentions of the next company will be?"
